February is finally upon us and that means Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. Whether you plan to spend it with your significant other, friends, family, or pets, Denver is all about helping you celebrate and has a TON of events going on for you to choose from. Woohoo!
If touring Colorado’s many breweries or a weekend wine tasting is your thing then we’d suggest a relaxing night at The Beer Spa. Their Valentine’s Day Special consists of a 90-minute session in a romantic Beer Therapy Room, a bottle of French sparkling wine, a charcuterie box paired with chocolate-covered strawberries, a cosmetic mini-bar credit, and two15-minute zero gravity massages.
If you’re more of a foodie and want to learn something new, check out Cooking with Cupid at the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts. Their mouth watering V-Day menu includes tuna tartare on crispy rice, brown-butter roasted cauliflower, grilled tomahawk steak with bone-marrow compound butter, aji Amarillo sweet-potato puree, grilled Brussels sprouts, pickled apple and strawberry cake with chocolate mousse and champagne jelly for dessert!
For the more adventurous date night you could try axe throwing at Bad Axe Throwing, run side by side in the Heart Throb 5K, or take in a show at the Singleton Theatre where they are currently performing Edward Albee’s Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?
If you’re looking for a nice, romantic meal many of Denver’s hottest restaurants have their own holiday specials; Tamayo, Humboldt Kitchen + Bar, Corrine, Coperta . . . so many amazing options!
