There is no shortage of spooky fun this October in and around the Mile High City!
Whether you’re looking for a good scare at the 13th Floor Haunted House or a family-friendly stroll through the Chatfield Botanic Garden Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze, there’s truly something for everyone!
Some of our favorites on this mile-long list (no pun intended) include painting your own sugar skull, visiting community ofrendas, or virtual cooking lessons and short films in honor of the of Dia De Los Muertos celebration, along with the family-friendly, immersive art experience of Spookadelia 3 with part scavenger hunt and part haunt. We also want to check out the multiple drive-in, Halloween-themed movies available across the Front Range including this one at Ironton Distillery that benefits Big City Mountaineers.
Lastly, we’re always up for some extra fright at events like Denver Botanic Garden’s Ghosts in the Garden – Open Air Scare, or Scream Acres at Fritzler Farm Park. Or maybe you prefer a little spooky history like at the Ghosts of Capitol Hill Tour or Golden Ghost Tours.
